Please take a moment to vote. Each October the Diablo PCA holds its annual elections for Board of Directors (BOD) members. We have FOUR (4) positions up for election this year. Voting is managed via Eventbrite. You will need your PCA number (your PCA number is 2008010629) to vote. Click here for a link to the Eventbrite site for the elections. Please vote for up to FOUR(4) Directors. Please vote only once! The last day to vote is Monday, October 25, 2022. The Diablo PCA Board of Directors is responsible for the proper conduct of the administrative affairs of the Diablo Region, the proper functioning of working committees, and compliance with the bylaws of the Club. Four (4) Directors shall commence their terms in odd numbered years. Each year the Directors shall elect among themselves for that year: a Director to serve as President; a Director to serve as Vice President; a Director to serve as Secretary; and a Director to serve as Treasurer. The remaining Directors shall serve as Directors-at-Large. Board members elect shall transition onto the Board replacing any out-going Board members. The FOUR candidates receiving the highest number of votes shall serve on the Board for two-year terms. 10/29/2022 - Charity Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch Event, Start the holidays with a charitable donation to Contra Costa, Solano and Alameda counties food banks. Suggested donation of $30 with a matching donation from PCA Diablo. Get in the spirit of the season by attending an event at G & M Farms at 487 Airway Blvd in Livermore on Saturday October 29 at 1:00 pm. Enjoy the challenge of the corn maize (cost $ 10 for adults, $9.00 for children). The pumpkin patch is free. Let's show our compassion for those in need for the upcoming holidays! Click here to donate or sign-up for the event. 11/5/2022 - Tour Appreciation Meeting, Ruby Hills Community Center. Tours are about the people participating in the tours. Join us for a special get together to appreciate our Tour enthusiasts. If you have been on a tour, are interested in tours, have a tour idea, or would like to help out on the Tour Committee please come to this meeting. Have an interesting route, but unsure of how to plan a tour? We will match you up with someone on the Tour Committee to work with you on the tour. Tickets on sale now. 11/10/2022 - Diablo PCA Dinner at Mankas Grill, Mankas Grill at Mankas Corners in Fairfield is happy to have us for an inaugural dinner in Solano County. Join your fellow Club members for some great food and conversation. This is a great opportunity to socialize with both old and new members. Registration for dinner is required as the restaurant is limiting us to 20 people. Please RSVP by November 8, 2022. Click here to RSVP. 11/17-19/2022 - Paso Robles Tour, Join us for a tour along scenic Highway 1, the experience of the Lights at Sensorio, a visit to the Estrella Warbirds Air Museum and Woodland Auto Display, a cave buffet lunch at Eberle Winery, dinner in Paso Robles, and a 50-mile tour of the backroads of San Luis Obispo County ending for lunch and wine tasting at Vintage Cowboy Winery. Visit London at the historic Cow Palace Exhibition Halls! Enter the winding lanes of Victorian London and immerse yourself in a world of music halls, theatres, pubs, dance parties, and charming shops overflowing with hand-made holiday treasures. Enticing aromas of roasted chestnuts and hearty foods fill the air. Discover holiday revelry in this lamp-lit city brimming with hundreds of lively and colorful characters from the imagination of Charles Dickens, the pages of history, and the sometimes saucy world of the Victorian stage. This event will put even the Grinchiest Grinch or biggest Scrooge in the Christmas spirit. So don't miss it. A group plans to head over to the Cow Palace after breakfast at the Buttercup leaving at approximately 8:30 AM. This is not an official Diablo Region PCA Tour. BOD Meetings - Board of Directors (BOD) meetings held on the second Monday of the month are open to all Diablo PCA members. If you are interested in participating in a meeting, contact our club president Brian Adkins ( Affiliate Members - If you have a spouse or a friend that is interested in Porsches. consider adding them as an Affiliate PCA Member. Affiliate members get their own PCA number and can have a separate email address. There is no charge for adding an Affiliate member. If you need assistance with adding an Affiliate member, contact our Membership Chairs, Juan and Rowena Fernandez at As the saying goes, "many hands make light work". We are looking for members to raise their hands as volunteers. As Diablo Region members, we enjoy an active calendar of driving tours, DE days, social events and other club activities throughout the year. These events simply don't happen organically. It takes the combined efforts of many volunteers to make the magic happen. If you are interested in helping out, we can surely use your help. We are especially interested in people helping to plan events. Tours If you are aware of some fun roads to drive, or an interesting destination, please contact the Tour Committee (Susie George, Registration for tours and other events is done via Eventbrite (you will need to create an account with Eventbrite to register for a tour). Watch for a link to the registration site in this section of the ENews or on our website. Tours often sell out the same day tickets go on sale. Be prepared to sign-up for tours as soon as registration is open. If you are unable to register for the tour, add your name to the waitlist in case of cancellations. Emails regarding last-minute Tour information and openings for waitlisted individuals will come from Eventbrite and If you wish to purchase your own radio, the Club is using the Motorola Talkabout T800 radios. These are sold in pairs through Amazon for about $85.00. These radios are FRS/GMRS compatible, have 22 channels and 121 privacy codes (or sub-channels).
