This tour is an easy 60-mile drive from Pleasanton along Highway 84 to Highway 35 on the Peninsula and down Highway 92 to Half Moon Bay and Dunes Beach. The end of the tour is Dunes Beach.

Upon arriving at Dunes Beach, participants may turn around and return home or continue to another destination. Weather permitting, participants may want to park and enjoy the view, perhaps lunch along the bluffs, picnic on the beach, and/or walk along the beach. You will provide your own food and beverages.

We will be emphasizing masks and social distancing during the tour. We encourage the continued use of masks and social distancing if you decide to stay and have lunch or walk along the beach.

This tour will be limited to a maximum of 12 vehicles in up to two run groups. Two slots for vehicles will be reserved, and preference for these two slots will be given to new members that joined after August 1, 2019.

Drivers are responsible for the proper function and safety of their vehicles. Your vehicle should be well maintained with brakes and tire tread above the minimum wear levels. Know the location of all the safety equipment of your vehicle. Sweep vehicles are available for your safety, not to repair your vehicle.

Directions for the route will be emailed to paid participants prior to the Tour.
