 This tour will depart following the Walnut Creek breakfast for the heart of wine country and a tour and wine tasting at the fabulous Castello di Amorosa in Calistoga! Download event flyer here for RSVP details - $45/person covers premium tour and private tasting, limit 24 attendees. The tasting will be followed by a no-host lunch at the Silverado Brewing Company just down the road.

 Join Diablo Region members at the home of John and Rosemarie Place in Danville for the last BBQ of the summer on Saturday, October 1st from 2 to 5PM! (Download event flyer here). A full barbecue will be provided, and a guided tour of John’s awesome garage and car collection will be available. RSVP and $15/person required by September 24th. Members may bring alcoholic beverages if desired, soft drinks provided.

 Join hosts Jacquie and Walt Lietz and your fellow Diablo members to celebrate Oktoberfest starting at 6:30PM on Saturday, October 1st in Walnut Creek. (Download event flyer here for full details.) This is a Newcomers event, so anybody who's joined Diablo in the past six months attends free of charge ($15/person otherwise). Members are encouraged to bring an hors d'oeuvre, salad, or vegetable dish to complement the brats and sauerkraut being served. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, or BYOB.

 Join Patrick Schmidt and other Diablo members for a fun drive following the Saturday breakfast at Vic's in Pleasanton. (Get the flyer here.) Over two hours the group will cover some of Patrick's favorite back roads in the Tri Valley area, ending up just in time for lunch at the Elephant Bar in Dublin. Anybody with a full tank of gas is welcome to join this informal drive, departing Vic's at 10AM - no registration necessary, but you may want Patrick's mobile number from the flyer Just In Case...

 Who is Bosco? This question has plagued Diablo members for days, maybe even weeks - but on Saturday, September 24th a select group will learn the answer for themselves! (Get the flyer here.)
