Doug submitted the following bio/statement when running for election to the Board in 2011.

As you may recall, Buying a Porsche AND joining PCA was part of my retirement program. It’s now over 3 years later and I have no regrets.

There are some great people in the Region. I have many new friends and have learned a lot about the various cars we drive. With two track days and an autocross under my belt, I have also learned about what my car can do and how much about driving there is still to learn. I also enjoy the many Region activities including breakfasts, tours, and social events.

In addition to being your current Membership Chairperson, I also send out those e-mail “blasts” to keep you informed of the club’s current and upcoming events.

With your vote, I hope to be able to continue to serve the Region as a Board Member for another 2 year term.
